Leeann Wright, Executive Director

Join the Community Foundation in welcoming Leeann Wright as the new Executive Director.  Leeann was born and raised in Winamac and is happy to be back in her hometown with her husband and daughter.  Leeann has  20 years nonprofit experience and fundraising which makes her an ideal fit for the Community Foundation. Leeann's career has focused on significance and service, as she has held several positions in the philanthropic community, most currently as a Major Gifts Officer at Valparaiso University. She holds a BA and MFA from the University of Exeter (England) and a Masters of Nonprofit Administration from North Park University (Chicago). She will graduate with an MBA from Valparaiso University in May 2023. 

Wendy Rose, Community Leadership Director

Wendy Rose was hired as the CF's first full-time Executive Director in 2003 following 2 years as Administrative Assistant. After serving as E.D. for almost 20 years, Wendy has recently transitioned to a part-time role with the Forward Thinking Leadership Initiative through the Community Foundation. She feels privileged to have assisted many caring persons with their charitable goals over the years, and is continually inspired by those who give to make a better future for the residents of Pulaski County. 

Kim Krause, Office Manager/Program Assistant

Kim Krause has been part of the Community Foundation since 2008. She enjoys working with the Scholarship Program, coordinating events, meeting with donors and committee members, and handling daily operations of the Community Foundation.
