We are proud to warmly welcome our newest board member, Christi Beavers!
With her years of experience managing and planning for everything from education to healthcare, Christi will join our governance committee to help with our long-term plans to support the people of our community.
“I love to manage and plan, and the governance committee does just that,” said Christi. “I like the idea of helping to foster the health and future of the foundation and its board.”
Her eye for detail will help us keep track of everything we love in our community!
“Nothing makes me happier than hot buttered popcorn, so a perfect night out for me includes popcorn at Isis Theater. I pick some up even when I can’t stay for a movie,” Christi said. “My family also loves paddling on the Tippecanoe. I manage to do it with a big camera in case anything interesting shows up on the banks.”
Christi’s love for our community’s organizations and nature is all thanks to the people who make them possible.
“People genuinely care about one another here, and I have never lived in a place where you could feel that so strongly,” Christi said. “I hope to contribute in the good ways of all the others who came before me and to continue to build upon and grow the many opportunities that the CFoPC creates.”
It’s great to have you with us, Christi. We look forward to all you’ll accomplish for Pulaski!
