As a fund donor, you:

  • Decide when to give – now, through your will, or in a trust arrangement.
  • Decide what to give – almost any type of asset can be used such as cash, stock, real estate, life insurance.
  • Choose a name for your fund – many are named for the donor or as a memorial.
  • Choose a type of fund – depending on your charitable interests.

    The IRS recognizes the Community Foundation of Pulaski County as a 501(c)(3) charitable organization. Gifts to it receive maximum tax advantages for income, gift, and estate tax purposes.
  • Management
    The Community Foundation is managed by trained staff and governed by a volunteer board of private citizens representing the public interest. An independent audit and filing of tax returns is completed each year. Together with qualified professionals, this group is responsible for providing safe, effective management of funds.
